Saturday, June 10th and Sunday, June 11th 2006 is the 5th Anniversary of the MoCCA Arts Festival at the Puck building on Houston Street in NYC.
This show is one of my all-time favorites! Meet comics and cartoon artists. Get sketches and autographs from your favorite artists. Besides looking and splurging on stacks of comics and graphic novels, my favorite thing to do is see what original art work is up for sale by some of the most amazing artists alive. There are great pieces of art to be had on the cheap! You will never buy a poster again after you realize you can have an original piece of art at an amazing price, made from your favorite cartoonist’s blood, sweat and tears! It practically MAKES ME CRY TO THINK ABOUT IT!
