Aaaah Grits!

When planning our roadtrip to Charleston, evidently I was MOST looking forward to the fried shrimp, crabcakes, shrimp and grits, collard greens, hush puppies, mac and cheese, BBQ and good old sweet tea! So right before we hit the road I did a little web searching on http://www.hollyeats.com and http://www.roadfood.com
Thanks to these two sites, we didn’t miss out on the tasty fried shrimp and Rolling Rock at Bowens Island or the amazing pot roast and collards at Jestine’s in Charleston. We even found a few other favorites along the way….
